This project uses Visual Dragon's VD200 robot vision guidance control system. Visual Work Station 1 mainly provides information on whether or not the battery is sent to the robot in the jig. The robot moves to the position where the battery is moved according to the information movement, which saves time and avoids the safety caused by the battery falling off caused by mistakenly grasping the tray. Visual Work Station 2 is mainly to adjust the offset of the correcting product, so that the product is placed at a fixed point to be tested, so that the contact position of the probe and the tab are consistent every time to ensure the accuracy of the test.
Difficulties and solutions for visual workstations:
The difficulty is that the tray and the battery have different specifications, different colors and different quantities. When the battery is judged or corrected, the traditional production template cannot be compatible with various types of batteries, and it is difficult to achieve stability.
By adjusting the lighting method and improving the visual algorithm, the visual dragon engineer avoids the traditional method of making templates, and achieves accurate positioning without templates. When the battery is foolproof and rectified, it achieves the one-key change function, ensuring the ease of use and stability of the OCV test equipment, and avoiding repeated template creation.
